Hemp Cultivation
Industrial hemp is grown locally as a renewable raw material. The crop requires no pesticides, enriches the soil, and reduces the carbon footprint of our production cycle.
Mechanical Cleaning
Flax and hemp stalks undergo mechanical cleaning without chemicals or toxic acids to preserve fiber strength. The resulting clean raw material is safe for children's textiles.
Eco-Friendly Cotonization
Our cottonization process softens tough bast fibers of flax and hemp to the touch of cotton. This cottonized fiber retains the natural antibacterial properties of hemp for clothing.
Glue-Free Thermal Bonding
Thermal bonding technology bonds fibers with hot air at 150°C without toxic glues or resins. This creates a hypoallergenic, breathable filler for blankets and mattresses.
Natural Building Insulation

Combing of Natural Wool
