Yes, we accept sewing of textiles with customer-supplied filler with a minimum batch of 100 units.
The minimum batch for wholesale production is 50 units of one article. For branded products, terms are agreed individually.
The MOQ for Private Label depends on the product type. For duvets and mattress toppers, the MOQ starts from 50–100 pieces per size, while for pillows and mattress protectors, it starts from 100–200 pieces. This ensures optimal configuration of automated quilting lines.
We offer a wide selection of eco-friendly fillers of our own manufacture: hemp-pon (hemp fiber-based), flax-pon (linen-based), wool filling (from sheep wool), as well as classic hypoallergenic synthetic down and hollowfiber.
