Steaming stabilizes the yarn twist. Without it, the yarn snarls and twists, causing defects in subsequent knitting or weaving.

We wind onto 4°20 or 5°57 cones depending on the specifications of your knitting or weaving machines.

We accept flax, hemp, cotton, wool, acrylic and blended yarns in bobbins or hanks.

During twisting, mechanical stress accumulates in the yarn, causing it to kink and curl. Treatment with hot steam under vacuum stabilizes the twist, relieves tension, and makes the yarn smooth for knitting or weaving looms, preventing fabric skewing.

We process yarn of any composition: 100% wool, wool blends, acrylic, polyamide, cotton, as well as blends with flax and hemp. Doubling and twisting parameters are selected individually for each material type.
